For the last six months yes, 6 months! We have had to pivot our programming and training from in person to online. It became a new normal for our members to get their whiteboard and demo video emails each morning and hop onto our online Zoom classes. By no means was this an ideal situation, but we did what we had to do, and saw many of you continue to make gains in your fitness throughout our closure! We are saying goodbye to our online demo videos hopefully for good!
